Project no.2 ALL DONE :)

YAAAAAAAAAY i finally finished my row of teddies for Rylie :)

Name and all, i finished it Monday afternoon while the girls were asleep.

I had lots of "fun" doing her name. I kept having to pull it out and redo it cause it didnt look centered.
THEN when i finally thought i was finished and i was just sittin gthere i noticed that i had sewed 07 for her birthyear rather than 05 :S so i had to pull it out all over again lol.

But its done and i think it looks great and Rylie is in love with it too.
I cant wait to frame it.

Im so excited, im almost finished my second Cross stitch.
It's for Rylie and she is very excited.
All i have to do i the outline of a couple of really small things and a lil more backstitch in the background. Then i can put her name and date of birth on it and that is IT!!!

Im hoping i can get some if not all of it done while the gilrs have their afternoon nap.

Project No.1

So this was my first ever Cross stitch i have done. (well i did a few itty bitty ones a few years ago but this is a REAL XStitch)

It probablly took about 4 months to do. Not bad considering i taught myself :)

It was a Kit which cost me about $50.00 I am going to get it framed after i have finished the ones i am/planning to do for each of the girls.

Here goes...

I decided that im going to start a blog for my Cross stitching.

Since i started about 6 months ago i have become hooked!!! I have finished one project and am almost finished my second, u just have the outline to do (OMG outline is THE most stressfull thing ever)

This will help me keep track of my masterpieces (lol) and how long they take me ect.

When i return shortly i will post pics of my first 2 projects :)
